We had a bit of a break in the storms that have had a virtually snowed in lately and we decided we better take advantage of it. So, even though it was a bit early, in honor of Mike's 43rd birthday we went to breakfast and then to C.A.L.M., a living museum that is essentially a zoo filled with rescued animals.The kids had a wonderful time, and Ty thought he was so big walking around since we elected to leave the stroller in the van. There weren't many people there and the weather was beautiful.
Next time we need to remember our nature notebooks. I took some pictures that we hope to draw from, but it would be better to be able to do it there. I wonder if they allow you to bring a lunch?

Great pictures mom! The first one is classic. I still need to see if I can get that other one with the purse in it edited out. Anyway, thanks for the update. It looks like everyone had a great time!
